The area of Grafenegg Castle with the historic landscape park is accessible all year round free of charge. On days with concerts at the open air stage Wolkenturm, it is open from 3 hours before the concert only with a valid concert ticket.
The castle itself with the state rooms, the chapel and the courtyard can be visited from late April to late October Tue-Sun 10:00-17:00. At concerts of the music festival, the castle is open to the beginning of the main concert.
