On the 6th and 7th of May 2017, the Tour de Vin will invite for the 23rd time. On both days from 10 am to 6 pm, the wines of the year 2016 can be tasted, talked to the winegrowers and the favorite drops can are taken directly from the winery. The Tour de Vin can be experienced in a concentrated form at the Magnum Party on Saturday evening : At the chilling event in the monastery Kloster Und, every winemaker brings his favorite wine from the magnum bottle.
Not just wine
The special feature of the spring tasting of the “Austrian traditional wineries” is not only the incomparably high density of top wines, but also the attractive side-events. In addition to the wine, this year’s culinary offer is particularly impressive. Fresh pastas, burgers and wraps from food trucks are offered. There are delicacies from Demeter farmers and from Organic Pop-Up Restauranta. In many places you can taste and purchase delicacies such as chutneys, pestos, sheep’s cheese, caviar and prosciutto. For both the small and the big hunger there is something for everyone. In addition, you can choose from a wide range of other offers, such as walking tours, cellar tours, art exhibitions, wine tasting of guest winegrowers, jazz brunch and much more – a delightful weekend with many exciting experiences!

The Tour de Vin-Button is available at every participating winery for 25 euros per person. You buy the button in the first winery you visit. It is valid for the tasting on Saturday and Sunday at all members. Most of the side-events are included in the entrance button.
