When the winegrowers open their cellar doors, it is really spring: around 220 of them from Kamptal, Kremstal and the Traisental invite you to taste the new vintage on Saturday, 29th and Sunday, April 30th.
Clearly, when Kamptal, Kremstal and Traisental present their wines, the region-typical varieties are the focus: Grüner Veltliner and Riesling Kamptal DAC, Kremstal DAC and Traisental DAC. But on the last weekend of April, the winegrowers have many other great wines for their guests – from the muscat to the twig, from fresh summer wines to classics and rarities.
Everything you need for the unique tasting trip: the wristband to the “Weinfrühling”, which is valid for the two-day tasting tour.If you are looking for more: some on the folder specially marked wineries also invite you to the tasting on 1 May from 10 am to 6 pm. The entrance ticket is available at € 20, – at each of the participating winegrowers.
Everything on a tour map
The tour map “Weinfrühling” is a proven companion for the pleasure tour this year. A comprehensive folding map, which lists all 220 participating winemakers from Kamptal, Kremstal and Traisental. But also the addresses of restaurants and wine taverns, as well as event dates around the Weinfrühling, important information about the three Lower Austrian wine-growing areas and taxi telephone numbers are clearly listed. You can order the free folder on +43 2713 300 60-60 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Here is the folder to download.
The Weinfrühling can be enjoyed completely relaxed without a car in the Kamptal, because a shuttle service with small buses brings guests to all those places where the winegrowers present their wines on these two days. Simply call +43 664 633 31 11 and order the personal taxi to the Kamptaler wine spring – per trip and per person only 2 euros!
